Since it began in 2001, Church of the Highlands has grown to more than 40,000 people attending each weekend and is known for its life-giving culture and focus on leading people to an intimate relationship with God. Chris has a deep passion for developing leaders and planting life-giving churches. He co-founded ARC (Association of Related Churches) in 2001 which has launched hundreds of churches all across the USA. He also founded a coaching network called Grow, which trains and resources pastors to help them break barriers and reach their growth potential. Chris is also the founder and Chancellor of Highlands College, a ministry training school that trains and launches students into full-time ministry careers. Chris and his wife Tammy have five children and live in Birmingham, Alabama, where Church of the Highlands began. A learning and development professional with more than 25 years of experience, Rico’s passion is helping others embrace servant leadership so they can be better spouses, parents, friends, members of the community, and employees. He holds an MS in organization leadership and human resources management from Regis University. He is married to his best friend, Elizabeth. They are proud parents of four great kids: Michal, Bethany, Caleb, and Daxon, and reside in Kingwood, Texas.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]

Mittelstaedt has served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Waste Connections since its formation in 1997, and was elected Chairman in January 1998. Mr. Mittelstaedt also served as President of Waste Connections from its formation through August 2004. Mr. Mittelstaedt has more than 27 years of experience in the solid waste industry. Mr. Mittelstaedt serves as a director of SkyWest, Inc. Mr. Mittelstaedt holds a B.A. degree in Business Economics with a finance emphasis from the University of California at Santa Barbara.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]

Seele is the founder and CEO of The Balm In Gilead, Inc., an international organization that works to strengthen the capacity of faith institutions to promote health education, disease management, and services. Seele was named by TIME magazine as one of the Most Influential Persons in the World. Essence magazine, in its 35th Anniversary Issue, selected her as one of the 35 Most Beautiful and Remarkable Women In The World and she was selected by Women’s E-News as one of its 21 Leaders for the 21st Century. [op_liveeditor_element data-style=””][text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]Jeff Foley hails from Cincinnati, Ohio, graduated from West Point, and is the founder of Loral Mountain Solutions. He served 32 years in the US Army, earning the rank of brigadier general. He is an author, leadership coach, consultant, and speaker. He is certified as a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach and a partner with the Ken Blanchard Companies. He co-authored the book Rules and Tools for Leaders (now in its 4th edition), a down-to-earth practical guide for leaders. Jeff played intercollegiate sports at West Point and is an Eagle Scout. He holds two masters degrees and serves on four local and national boards. The most significant award he received as a soldier was the opportunity to serve his country.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]
