Mark A. Floyd is a venture partner at TDF Ventures. Previously, Mark was the Chairman and CEO of Cyan Inc., a global leader in software defined networking and packet optical solutions for carrier and enterprise networks. Floyd joined Cyan’s board in 2007 and became CEO in 2013. Previously, Floyd served as CEO of SafeNet, Inc.; president and CEO of Entrisphere, Inc.; president and CEO of Siemens Information and Communications Networks U.S.; and chairman, president and CEO of Efficient Networks, Inc. In earlier years, Floyd was CFO and COO of Networth, Inc.; executive vice president, CFO, and Director of Interphase Corporation; and CFO, senior vice president, and director of Scott Instruments Inc. Mr. Floyd was the recipient of the 2001 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and the 1999 El Dorado Ventures Entrepreneur of the Year award. He served as a senior advisor to Ericsson, Siemens, 3COM, Azure Capital, Crosspoint Venture Partners, El Dorado Ventures, and SR Funds. Floyd has a BBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an honorary Doctorate of Science in Business from Southeastern University. Mr. Floyd was elected to the Board of Regents of Southeastern University in 2007.

He is the founder and president of the Global Youth Leadership Academy and the National Leadership Academy, a leading national non-profit high school leadership development organization. He received a BA from East Carolina University, an MBA from Bond University in Australia, and an MA from Regis University. In 2006, Spaulding was awarded the Outstanding Alumni Award by East Carolina University (ECU) and in 2007, Spaulding received an Honorary PhD in humanities from the Art Institute of Colorado. Tommy resides in the Denver metro area with his wife and children.

Neal Nybo has been a Presbyterian pastor for 20 years. He oversaw a staff of 120 and managed the daily activities of a thriving church with 1600 members, and 1000 in worship at five services. In the broader church, he has mentored people becoming ministers, provided leadership in challenging situations, and rebuilt homes in Mississippi after hurricane Katrina. He is passionate and focused about helping in three areas: (1) People looking for personal clarity and direction; (2) Churches that are in transition or need to reignite their identity and find a clear path forward; and (3) Church members and leaders needing to identify persistent challenges and solve immediate problems.
